Jessica A. Roberts

Jessica Roberts’s primary practice areas include construction litigation, historic preservation litigation, land use and zoning, construction contracts, insurance defense, and surety law. Jessica represents government entities, owners, contractors, subcontractors, and other affected parties during the legislative process, the contract negotiation phase, through public hearings, mediations, at trial, and on appeal.

While at Tulane, Jessica externed for the Hon. Eldon E. Fallon of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. She earned a certificate in Civil Law, was the recipient of the Mitchell Franklin Award for Excellence in Contracts and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contracts, and received Honors in Trial Advocacy.
