On October 12, 2018, partners Andrew Vicknair and Adrian D’Arcy presented at the 4th Annual Southeast Construction Defect and Dispute Conference at Loyola Law School in New Orleans.
Mr. Vicknair gave an interesting lecture on emerging causes of action in Louisiana against architects, engineers, design professionals, and construction managers. Mr. D’Arcy was part of a panel discussion titled “Wild Wild West of Louisiana Lien Law” wherein the panelist examined, debated, and explained very recent important court decisions on under both Louisiana’s public and private works act.
Mr. Andrew Vicknair’s primary practice areas include all phases of intellectual property including litigation. Andrew also handles construction litigation, including claims related to construction defects, payment, subcontractors, owners, and general contractors. Adrian D’Arcy’s primary practice areas include commercial litigation, construction litigation and surety litigation.
